Position Overview
FAMADEA is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the execution of its Summer Intensive, a three-week leadership and cultural institute for high school students.
The Program Coordinator serves as the primary operational lead during program hours, ensuring a structured, organized, and high-quality experience for all Fellows.
Compensation
Competitive hourly or flat program rate (commensurate with experience)

Requirements
Ideal Candidate
Experience in program coordination, education, or youth development
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Professional presence and sound judgment
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily program schedule and transitions
Coordinate logistics for seminars, site visits, and activities
Serve as on-site point of contact for operational needs
Monitor student engagement and attendance
Support communication across instructors and partners
Address routine issues and escalate when necessary
