Dr. Jemison-Ewing is an educator with over 15 years of experience across elementary, middle, and secondary education, along with nearly a decade of college-level instruction. Her work has focused on developing students’ academic confidence, communication skills, and readiness for real-world expectations inside and beyond the classroom.

She founded FAMADEA to create a structured space where students can build leadership capacity, cultural fluency, and professional presence before entering college and the workforce. The program reflects her belief that students should not have to figure these skills out on their own—and that preparation should be both intentional and visible.

 

Her approach is practical, structured, and rooted in experience, with a focus on helping students move with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
